Low energy building. located in the rural village of Ambly in the Nassogne district, 9 km from Rochefort, 10 km from Marche-en-Famenne and 17km from St Hubert, (gateway to the Ardennes) to the South, in the Belgian province of Luxembourg in Wallony. House with ground and first floor, with 95m² seminar room, 4 double bedrooms and a room where 2 single pull-out beds can be made up. The building has been energy balanced by 2 geobiologists. The cottage is “Bébé tendresse / Baby love" certified, meaning that it is suitable for young families and comes equipped with everything you might need for your stay.
Ambroisie is situated in one of three barns belonging to a former farm on the Rue Principale (Main Street), almost opposite Amande and Amandine cottages at No. 8b.. It offers 240 m2 of accommodation on two levels and has been listed as a holiday cottage since January 2009.
A portion of the second barn, located along the creek (the Warlet Ry) has been partially "stripped" to create a South facing courtyard.
It can be used in a number of ways:
- The ground floor as a cottage for 5 people
- The whole building (ground + first floor) as a cottage for 8/10 people
- The first floor as a seminar and meeting room for 20 - 25 people.

To the rear is a private garden, and a courtyard, where you can have a barbecue, a party, or a reception ... Eat and relax, accompanied by the soothing sound of water.
There is also a traditional clay bread oven.
